Wow, Its Description Walks the Walk Along with Quality Customer ServiceDec 14, 2011

This bed is indeed crafted, and I mean crafted. It is made like a piece of quality furniture and is solid wood throughout. This includes the floor board on which the pillow lays. It is exactly as described on this Amazon site and is a quality piece of dog furniture. I purchased two of these for our Papillons directly from the seller vice via the Amazon site because Amazon showed only one as being available. Although its dimensions are given as 19 1/2 by 15 inches, it should be noted that the interior space of this bed measures 17 1/2 by 12. This is due to the bed's exterior molding and design which when considered does indeed yield a 19 1/2 by 15 inch overall dimension as described. Its appearance is of a beautiful piece of furniture that is well built and finished without any exterior blemishes or uneven finishing. We ordered these beds with the pink pillows (they are nice pillows) as shown. So, if you already spoil your little ones, this bed will be the icing on the cake. To top it all off, the customer service representative at Broad Bay Cotton treated us with extraordinary care and consideration. The beds arrived super well-packed; in perfect shape; and in a timely manner. It is rare indeed when a product and company deliver as advertised. This purchase was a positive customer experience. We are extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product and company.

it is great it is a little small for my dog she is a 9 pound Shith Tzu, but still is beutyfull and it match will all my furnitur in the house, thanks
